Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Billing
Premium plans are prepaid for the selected period (monthly or yearly). Payment is processed securely via Razorpay or Cashfree.
Cancellation
You may stop future renewals by not purchasing again after your current period ends. We do not auto-debit without your explicit payment on each renewal cycle through the payment gateway.
Refund Eligibility
- 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time monthly subscriptions if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and have used fewer than 5 premium feature requests.
- Refunds are not available for yearly plans after 7 days, or if substantial premium features were already consumed.
- Duplicate charges or technical failures on our side are refunded in full after verification.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@nifty360.in with your registered email, order ID, and reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback so we can resolve the issue faster.
